It isn't a Polaroid, and you certainly can't shake it. Andre Benjamin, aka Andre 3000 of OutKast, was arrested on March 28 and charged with driving his Porsche 109 mph in a 65 mph zone near Atlanta. He reportedly told police he was going fast because he had missed his exit. The 'Hey Ya' mastermind is free on $1,200 bond pending a court date April 29. (via popeater)
